Tom Hoosen-Webber is the Chief People & Procurement Officer at Bupa Global & UK and is the longest standing Executive Sponsor of Bupa’s inclusion and diversity agenda. Tom has been a key driving force in Bupa’s leadership conversations to secure investment and land significant change. Tom has achieved this through implementing a variety of initiatives and strategies, establishing aspirational targets to improve representation in senior teams by enhancing family leave, providing inclusive bank holidays, keeping focus on workplace adjustments, mandating inclusion training for all Bupa’s people managers and engaging Bupa’s Be You employee network. He is authentic in bringing his whole self to work, sharing his lived experiences with colleagues and challenging stereotypes. By sharing his stories and vulnerabilities with Bupa’s people Tom has role modelled what great looks like to other leaders, and enabled others to be themselves too.
