myGwork is the largest talent platform and professional network for LGBTQ+ professionals, graduates, inclusive employers and anyone who believes in workplace equality. The technology-driven platform, founded by twin brothers Adrien and Pierre Gaubert back in 2014, champions workplace diversity and inclusion. Over 350 corporate clients have successfully used myGwork’s many services to attract and retain LGBTQ+ talent. myGwork also helps companies to recruit diverse professionals, enhance employer brand visibility, boost employee engagement and retention, and provide diversity and inclusion training through the myGwork Academy. Additionally, myGwork hosts events, including WorkFair, the largest global virtual careers fair for the LGBTQ+ community; and WorkPride, a five-day global conference held during Pride month. The platform also serves as a safe space where LGBTQ+ professionals can connect with inclusive employers, find jobs or mentors, network, as well as access e-learning, resources, news and more.
