Currently Inclusion and Diversity Manager at Skanska, Alice has 9 years’ change-management experience working to create ‘better business as usual’. Alice’s passion is how diversity and inclusion can be used to solve industry challenges; leading an industry first pilot into flexible working to support mental health, and pioneering the Lived Experience Project to understand how under-represented groups experience Skanska’s culture. The I&D results Alice has achieved have been recognised by The Times Top 50 Employers for Women, CECA Change Awards and British Construction Industry Inclusion Project of the Year. She is currently completing a Masters in Behavioural Change from University College London to influence wider organisational and cultural change and has worked in Oslo and Stockholm. Outside of work, Alice is best kept in water, swimming the coast, usually with her two Labradors.
