Alli leads Bupa Global and UK’s diversity, inclusion, senior talent, leadership development, and culture agendas. Her contributions have been truly outstanding, and her unwavering commitment to advancing the cause of inclusion has been pivotal in making inclusion a top priority within the organisation. She has spearheaded several highly successful large-scale programs across the business that have yielded significant achievements. These programs include Bupa Include, a program involving reverse mentoring and sponsorship, Bupa Belong, a mandatory development initiative aimed at fostering an inclusive environment for managers, and establishing an intersectional, organisation wide employee network. Moreover, Alli has established an external D&I Networking Group fostering cross-company collaboration amongst D&I Professionals. Her dedication has led Bupa to consistently rank in the Top 10 of the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List since joining in 2019.
