Engaging with Senior Leaders, they have cemented their commitment to equity and opportunity for all, actively cultivating a truly inclusive environment. In addition to implementing psychological safety initiatives and mental health support for all employees, they have pioneered industry leading domestic violence policies across the business. Their dedication to gender equality is evident in the increase of female managers which sat at 32% at the end of 2022, an increase of 9% since 2018. This commitment has earned them several accreditations including being recognised as a Times Top 50 Workplace for Women 2022, and placement in the Time Top 50 for Gender Equality 2023.
