Six years ago, Capgemini formed their Active Inclusion approach, putting an inclusive workplace at the heart of their employee proposition and experience. Bal is a transformational leader and trailblazer who leads strategic culture change, influences at all levels and delivers impactful and tangible results. Spearheaded by Bal, the company’s culture has flipped the narrative from trying to get leadership time, to being firmly invited to host 2-3-hour strategic action planning sessions with UK leaders. Bal has led Capgemini UK to be consistently ranked in the Times Top 50 Employers for Women (top ten per cent of organisations in the last decade) for the last 6 years. Furthermore, Capgemini were named the UK’s most Inclusive Employer in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers Index 2021/22.
