Diversely’s vision is to increase workplace diversity globally through scalable bias-free, inclusive hiring tech. They offer clients online bias-free hiring tools and a D&I Dashboard to help track, measure, and improve their approach to diverse talent. They provide employers with the data-driven information that can help them make choices that are more inclusive and affirming. This includes seeing breakdowns of demographic data, setting targets for hiring, removing identifying information from CVs, and scanning job descriptions for non-inclusive language. Their approach and system is data-driven, which means that it tells organisations what they are actually doing instead of what they think they are doing. The platform includes a wide range of networks where employers can post jobs and broaden their reach. Diversely makes it easy for organisations to track and understand their own progress and share that with others. Diversely is now part of Access Group.
