EY’s LGBTQI+ network, EY Unity, was created in 1995 and now includes thousands of active members worldwide. EY Unity UK&I, has been on an extraordinary evolution over the last 12 months, growing quickly in size, achieving a huge number of initiatives (both internally and externally), and becoming one of the most influential ERGs both within EY and externally. At EY, Diversity, Equity and inclusivity are core to who we are and how we work. To help EY clients tackle their toughest challenges we need the best ideas from the broadest group of people, who in turn, should feel that they belong, that their unique contributions are valued and their voices are heard.
