Future Frontiers

In the UK, family income is the strongest predictor of how well a young person will do at school and beyond. Future Frontiers exists to change this. They partner with businesses to deliver a targeted careers coaching programme to disadvantaged young people, helping them achieve a successful post-16 transition into education, employment or training. To date, Future Frontiers have worked with over 10,000 disadvantaged young people and are mid-way through a five-year strategy to deliver lasting transformational impact to the young people they work with, alongside delivering an exceptional experience to their valued business partners.
