Diversity Team of the Year Award
HSBC UK’s Inclusion Team prioritises three core values: Representation, Respect, and Reputation, striving to create positive outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the wider UK community. Establishing 17 Employee Resource Groups they engage with c18,000 active members to educate, facilitate discussions, and provide diverse perspectives, consulting with leaders for improvement. Collaborating with organisations such as Stormzy’s #Merky Foundation, HSBC support several charities including Shelter, and Stonewall Housing and fosters employment opportunities for people with disabilities through partnerships with Scope and the Princes Trust. They’re the UK’s first Menopause friendly accredited employer and received the highest Gold rating in the Business Disability Forum matrix in 2022.
