Joanne Conway is currently Global Head of Inclusion & Culture, DLA Piper. Prior to this Joanne was Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness Leader at EY, and is a passionate advocate for equity and social justice. With her unique blend of personal experience and expertise, she drives transformative change. Joanne led the work to align DE&I goals with business priorities, using data to embed a focus on equitable outcomes, increasing Female Partner representation from 20% to 26% and Ethnic Minority Partners from 10% to 15% in 3 years. Her commitment to giving back is evident in her volunteer work with young offenders and local sports clubs, promoting inclusion. She is committed to contributing to academia and solving complex business problems through a doctorate on the topic of privilege and inclusion. Through Joanne’s exceptional dedication she will continue to have immense impact.
