Under Julie-Ann’s leadership, the organisation has seen a significant increase in investment in driving colleague voice as part of a flourishing group of networks. In addition, Principality has been specifically recognised as a thought leader on LGBTQ+ issues, and the company’s PRIDE network has also been nominated in these prestigious awards. Leading on D&I strategy (Inclusion by Design), and working with the National Centre for Diversity, the journey is continuing at pace to ensure the Principality team is truly representative of the customers and communities it serves.
