Ken has spearheaded the transformational culture change at Moto and champions an inclusivity-centred approach at every level across the business. Ken is known at Moto for ensuring diversity, inclusion and sustainability in everything he does and every business decision he makes. From leading and being actively involved in Reverse Race Mentoring, to personally mentoring colleagues and much more. In the 5 years since Ken joined Moto as CEO, he has led broad representation of gender and Moto’s Operating Board alone has gone from 23% to 57% female representation in that time. Ken has driven local site action, accelerating underrepresented talent, built inclusion capability internally, been data driven and uses this to measure impact and guide decisions.
