Diversity Team of the Year Award
The D&I Champions Team at QA, composed of volunteers from across the company, dedicates their time to D&I initiatives. This team of 9 members, representing various underrepresented groups, embodies true diversity. They drive change through campaigns, events, and policy support, both within and outside of working hours. QA places a strong emphasis on employee networks and has established several employee communities to create safe spaces for all employees. They’ve achieved ‘Silver’ status on the Clear Assured D&I framework, have spearheaded policies addressing identity at work, menopause, and fertility and have successfully piloted a Reverse Mentoring program resulting in increased senior leader awareness. QA has earned numerous accreditations, including recognition as a Military Employer and Race at Work Charter member. Their unwavering commitment to D&I has resulted in the ‘Gold’ accolade from the 5% Club and Ecovadis Sustainability Performance assessment.
