Shape Talent are the equity, diversity and inclusion experts for complex multinational organisations who are serious about gender equality (and what it can achieve for their business). We were tired of the painfully slow progress (currently women account for only 21% of executives and 8% of CEOs across the EU) and wanted to be part of the solution. In a short period, Shape Talent have become an established name working with blue chip companies such as Ericsson, Openreach, Zimmer Biomet, Beiersdorf, Microsoft and many more. Our evidence-based consulting services have helped pinpoint the real barriers at play for our clients, engage senior leader teams and allies at all levels, raise awareness, address process and structural barriers, align ERGs and develop women. Since 2019 around 500 women have participated in our programmes, which have reached six continents and over 20 countries.
