Shelley serves as the Global Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Her unwavering dedication drives her mission to integrate diversity and belonging into every aspect of the company. At Oxa, diversity is the objective, and inclusion is the strategy with Shelley spearheading various successful initiatives. These include hosting enlightening ‘lunch & learn’ sessions, orchestrating diverse panel interviews for applicants at hiring parties, implementing flexible work policies to support those with caregiving responsibilities, and arranging on-site visits from yoga and wellness practitioners to reduce stress and bolster mental health. Shelley’s warm and supportive demeanour ensures that individuals from all walks of life entering the company feel welcomes and comfortable. She plays a pivotal role in establishing a culture of Diversity & Inclusion at Oxa, ensuring every team member feels valued and accepted.
