The Skills 4 EMPOWER programme improves proactive ownership, authenticity, and confidence; enabling women to seek and achieve progression opportunities. EMPOWER has been successfully delivered to 10,000+ women in the STEM sector and over 150 organisations, including current clients such as AECOM, Atkins, Balfour Beatty, Arcadis, and Indutrade. The Skills 4 team bring their own stories to the forefront and demonstrates to delegates that they are not alone in their experiences and the challenges they face within the workplace. Of those that participate in the programme, 97% had higher levels of confidence/self-belief, 91% improved their communication skills and 92% were more positive about progression in their organisation. Many of these women have become role models, inspiring others to raise their profiles, reach for opportunities, and progress their careers.
