B.O.L.D is the Black Organisation for Leadership and Development, comprising of 7 strategic pillars. It is a safe place for Lloyd Banking Group’s Black colleagues to obtain the support they need to progress their careers. Pillars are refined yearly based on feedback from colleagues, and B.O.L.D also runs initiatives to support non-Black heritage colleagues and leaders, so they can be better allies. B.O.L.D is fully committed to supporting LBG to deliver its Race Action Plan and amplify their stance on Anti Racism and equality in the workplace. For the last 3 years, B.O.L.D led the company-wide Black History Month celebrations, featuring a Black British book club, intersectionality events, nationwide Black history walks and a live cook along with their CEO and Levi Roots. Their goal is to listen, reflect and implement changes for the benefit of LBG’s Black heritage community.
