Inclusive Culture Initiative Award
In 2018, Utopia launched its Inclusion Maker Programme, seeking to equip anyone wanting to improve workplace inclusivity with the skills and coaching to do so. This initiative carefully selects delegates to ensure their values are aligned to goals of better inclusivity. Selected participants undergo an enriching, educational and immersive experience. Spanning over 6 weekly sessions, they learn the art of cultivating healthier work cultures, confront true costs of coping, gain insights into personal perceptions and biases, analyse the latest diversity data and explore practical actions to promote inclusivity. Utopia excels in uniting individuals from diverse backgrounds, viewpoints, experiences and generations. They foster a judgment-free environment for open dialogue and mutual learning. Their approach revolves around creating an upskilled and empowered network that can immediately contribute to the positive workplace transformation.
