WelcoMe is the most person-centred tool to share access needs, helping businesses deliver better and inclusive customer experiences to their visitors with enhanced communication and instant training. WelcoMe is a web-based tool to give disabled people the most dignified and personal method to share their requirements. WelcoMe specialises in making face-to-face transactions between disabled people and staff teams as informed, anxiety-free and friendly as possible. WelcoMe shares information about customer needs and reasons for visiting and provides in the moment training. This means that teams do not need to rely on learning recall and can identify people with hidden conditions. WelcoMe gives dignity, and functions in the space between traditional training and the point of delivery. WelcoMe holds accessibility as an asset within any team.
