Adeife is the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director at Euromonitor. She is a business strategist experienced in embedding DEI into an organisation’s ecosystem. She has provided both inhouse and external advisory expertise working with not-for-profit and FSTE 350 organisations. She has worked with boards and senior leaders to build their confidence on areas like race, gender, mental health through her awareness to advocacy programme. She has led culture change programmes, embeds governance and accountability through the creation of strategically led ERGs and increased representation at all levels of an organisation (particularly on gender and ethnicity in senior leadership roles). She has an MSc from King College London in HRM and Organisational Analysis and is a qualified chartered HR specialist. She is a wife, mum, mentor, and a strong advocate of working mothers in advancing their careers and mental wellness.
