Inclusive Awards will compile a list of the some of the great diversity initiatives at this moment in time, from innovative inventions removing barriers for minority groups, to tech companies developing impressive diversity initiatives to create change.
Inclusive Culture Initiative Award
Recognises Inclusive Culture initiatives across organisations with diversity at its core. This list features internal initiatives, strategies, campaigns and resources that have been implemented within a company to drive Diversity & Inclusion throughout the business.
Head of Diversity & Inclusion Award
Highlights the excellent achievements of the Heads of Diversity & Inclusion that have shown leadership, commitment, and motivation – driving the diversity agenda throughout a company and the wider community. This list will include those that lead on inclusion within an organisation.
Diversity Teams Award
Diversity teams often work with limited resources and budget, but great diversity teams can make effective change within an organisation regardless of what barriers are in place. This list will highlight teams across a variety of organisations that have shown outstanding dedication in the field of diversity & inclusion and enhanced the agenda within their business.
D&I Consultancy Award
Showcases innovative consultancies who focus on D&I and offer bespoke strategy’s, training advice and solutions to organisations looking to create an inclusive working culture.
Chief Executive of the Year Award
Applauds Chief Executives who have shown personal commitment to the diversity & inclusion agenda, valuing the diversity of their employees and leading their organisation to become an inclusive employer.
Social Mobility Project Award
